This is the gold font used in the game Tower Swap. It's used for speech bubbles and button text and overlaid stats.

All letters are uppercase. 

All letters are 13px tall.

Not exactly mono spaced but close. 8px to 11px wide letters. An array of letter widths is provided.

No font file. PNG only. One size only.
